No, it's sepher - Hebrew for "book."

Sephiroth itself is Hebrew for both the avatars of YHWH and more literally for "counting."

Put it all together and you essentially have Sepher/Sefer/Safer Sephiroth as "The Book of Avatars (of God)," but it really loses meaning going from Hebrew since there's no real English equivalent of Sephiroth.

Apparently the Italian translation put him down as Seraph Sephiroth due to all those wings, I suppose.
