I want to buy this sweet-ass game called ff9. I've been wanting to buy it for a while but it's not on steam or anything. Where is a place I can get it that doesn't involve me figuring out to use an emulator or buy a playstation 1?

Just emulate using psxfin. It's not as adjustable as ePSXe but if you want to just plug and play without juggling plugins and settings there's literally nothing to figure out about it, just get the roms and bios and run it.
