Was this a good game? I remember as a kid playing it I didn't understand it and hated the controls and couldn't get passed the first stage
It has its flaws. Money grinding is a real drag during the middle of the game

Yeah was one of my favourite games on the Amiga back then. Very atmospheric, gets hard as fuck later on though.
It has a good story and progression, but the controls are kind of bad. It would have been brilliant if it controlled a bit more like Prince of Persia or Another World.

Just in case anyone plays this for the first time without the manual there is a separate jump and grab move you have to use at the start of level 2.
Just start running left from this point and do not press anything else. You will jump straight to the ledge and grab it automatically.

Grinding? Really? The credits are irrelevant as you have to do all the missions in the second level.
