Mine was something for PC of which I can't recall the name.
IIRC it was a formula 1 racing game, and one of the locations you could race in was Spa. I played it in the late 90s.

In the same style I loved Crazy Cars 3 / Lamborghini American Challenge, I played the DOS version a lot although I never beat it because I couldn't save for some reasons and it's quite long.
