Who else collects boxed games?
I grabbed this today for $22.
I buy them if I can find them. But that is getting harder and harder.

You sound like a suspicious and angry person.

If I get a game that happens to have a box I don't throw it out, if that's what you mean.
I don't care about boxes but if I see a good deal on a boxed game hoping to trade it for something.
Early PS1 "longboxes" are pretty rare now, so they might be worth collecting.
Their only drawback is they were done away with before the "big year" (1997) with Tomb Raider 2, Final Fantasy VII, MGS, etc., so there are no big titles found with the longboxes.
I like Genesis clamshells, cardboard boxes are more trouble than they're worth in multiple ways
My autism only allows me to buy boxed games. I don't want it if its not complete.

I found a complete Wing Commander III a couple of weeks ago. It's not often that I come across longbox games, but I do ever so often.

These were so cool. I cherish my ps1 longbox Doom.

I have the Resident Evil long box and I like it a lot. I snagged it up for a pretty great price (34.99) on ebay. It has all the original items including the styrofoam placeholder. The inside art is pretty sweet as well.
