if you search for the cd catalog number you may able to find a download, i know that Headdy, Gunstar Heroes, YuYu Hakasho and Alien Soldier have remixes unique to their cd releases also

I've looked everywhere, irl weebs, gamecons and p rivate trackers but I cant find a lossless rip.
I know that I can transcode the .usf files without losing quality, but Im still missing that one track

Traditional CD format is also lossless, so ripping from the CD is kinda moot. Are the files you've come across of that low a quality? I'd just rip them myself and bite the bullet on that extra track.

.usf files are lossless and can be transcoded without losing anything to any lossless format, but they're missing 3 tracks that the CD has
