Good, because you fucked up the scaling. And if you really want it at a non-integer ratio size, first scale it nearest-neighbor to a high integer ratio, and then scale it down with Lanczos or whatever resampling filter you like.

You're not giving me any new information, but it was the best I could do with the software I was using. Plus if I remember correctly there was a pretty stringent filesize limit at the time (I think 100kb maybe), and if I started bringing anti-aliasing methods into the mix, the GIF filesize would start increasing and the colors would go overboard the 256 GIF limit.
And really I just didn't care that much, and it was some time ago.

There is no confirmation email, he's bullshitting. Last time banners were being accepted everyone just posted theirs in a series of threads and mods just picked out whatever they liked.
