Open developer settings and make sure mock locations are turned off.

Download GPS status, reset your GPS and get Xtra data, then run the game with it in the background.

If none of that works then I don't know what to say.

Your GPS satellite is probably broke mate, I would get it serviced or think about buying a replacement

Go to settings, location and mark high whatever.
Most phones come with this feature turned off because it eats battery like a madman and you have to agree with sharing your locations with google and whatever.

just find your gps signal

I have the same problem even on 'high' but gps is fully working
