I love Mr. Mime. He's simultaneously adorable and creepy, and that's just about the best combination of traits there is for a monster. I imagine they're really easy to train too, because they look almost human and would recognize a trainer's physical cues more readily.
I legit don't know how people find Mr Mime scary or creepy.
