Why not just get rid of Pichu and Raichu. Ok, keep Raichu but remove it from Pikachu's evolutionary line. Also, buff Pikachu for competitive, it needs to fight.
Its design is already perfect, so no evolution please. Just a BST and spread that isn't the trashiest of trash. A Mega on top of that would be nice too.

Fuck off. Raichu is the shit and literally better in every aspect. Sick of pikashit getting all of this snowflake shit because "muh mascot" Light ball, cosplay, multiple event exclusive moves, and a signature move. Raichu should get a mega and access to light ball, honestly. I feel like Pikachu is gonna get a synchro forme or mega but at minimum, the whole Pikachu like should be able to use light ball.
