Actually some foils from the Neo sets and other cards that are "notable" are relatively pricey (+$10) as well, like every charizard ever, Rocket's Mewtwo (three attacks on one card for the first time) etc, most other foils are $1-$2 max.

There was only 1 bid for a reason, though. The seller is new and he doesn't even put up a picture of the card he's selling. How he got 25$ out of that is beyond me, but you need to look at trusted sources and how well those are selling. Troll and Toad sells them for 36.99 and they do sell.
