I have a problem with Pokemon Go, the very first day I played everything worked fine.
For some days now, when I start Pokemon Go it seems to find the location I am in (from the map I can tell it knows) but the GPS signal icon in the notification bar keeps blinking.
My character won't move when I do, and the GPS icon just blinks for minutes.
Today for some reason it suddenly worked for a moment, but then again it didn't.

What should I do? I'm playing on a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, turned off Power-Saving Mode, downloaded the regional map from Google Maps as an offline map... I just want to play Go

Addition: of course I already have GPS set to high accuracy and the problem still occurs when I am inside with WLAN so I doubt it's a mobile internet problem I have
