Grind for stardust and candy then power up. Or evolve the high cp Pokemon you find and their cp will rise significantly

Most of mine are Evolutions that started off with high CP, Eeveelutions, and 10km egg hatches.
I'd post mine but the fucking servers are down. I live in the middle of nowhere litterally miles to the nearest pokestop. I keep catching eevees at my work though so not complaining

level 13, highest cp pokemon is a 288 oddish. i live in a big city and haven't seen anything but the most common ones. meanwhile the gym my house is on is controlled by a 2000 snorlax.

Raised with just dratinis. I caught a 550 dratini and evolved it twice, powered it up a few times and there you have it.
Game was releases today in my country (Sweden). I live in rural area so i had to walked 7 km to get to nearest pokestop. Today catch, quite noice.
