Dragon Dance Mega Garchomp is plain more broken that OR your ASS (Gengar), because it can raise its 92 Speed to be faster than its non-mega counterpart.

NP Gar could be a great stallbreaker, and DD Chomp would make for an excellent sweeper, probably enough for its mega to be ubers material or at least top tier OU.
