Would it be possible to play Pokemon Go on a relatively cheap phone (Wiko Pulp 4g, ~€150)?

Which phone do you use to play it?

(I currently have an old windows phone, and am looking into buying a new one.)

i bouthg my Sony experia S in 2012 and it doesnt support the OS updates anymore.
Currently I have 4.12 and Pokemon GO needs at least 4.3 i think
