The whole shtick with the Jap kids playing Pokemon outside only for the trailer to THEN show them doing all these super-involved outdoor activities that wouldn't even allow them to use their 3DS systems at the same time was completely unnecessary. When people watch a trailer about Pokemon, they want to see fucking Pokemon -- not a montage of dumb shit that's irrelevant to the franchise. Showing the target audience enjoying it is fine as long as they can stick to the actual subject matter, which was barely on point.
