Let's see.
First and foremost, a Pokemon that's suited for protection. He is the Royal Protector. There's lots of Pokemon that fit the role, but I'll say Gardevoir.

His main weapon is his sword, so a Pokemon related to that would be good. Samurott is a swordfighter, but it's more of a samurai. Bisharp is pretty sword-like, but it's kind of a dirty fighter, whereas Corvo is more noble. I think the best fit would be one of the Swords of Justice, specifically Virizion:

Corvo's main power is Blink, so something that's known for teleportation. Probably Abra.
