Grass/Fire/Water is the only triangle that is x2 effective in one direction, and ½ effective in the other direction. With dark you have an immunity involved which creates imbalance.
Flying/Rock/Fighting is almost as good as the classic triangle, but it doesn't have a perfect reverse triangle as well.If Rockruff is a starter and Litten gets fighting type, we'll have this triangle.
