Where can I go to train before the Elite Four? I know I can easily train Torterra, Garchomp, and Octillery in the Victory Road, but the other 3 I am having trouble.

That's always the best bet.
I don't doubt that you're having a problem - Rockmons will tear your lower-leveled team apart (though I'd recommend Close Combat for your Staraptor, it makes it easier to hit but deals enough damage that it may not even matter).
Honestly though? Just slot them in first and swap out for your stronger mons, or give them Exp Share. Bypass the need to fight altogether until they're ready for the League.

Just go for it, you pussy. It's fun trying to see how long you can last just by playing it smart. I think I ultimately beat the E4 in D/P while being 10 levels lower, on average. Shit was hard, but satisfying.

Yeah i havent trained til now, but i am just gonna go for it. I still have all of the victory road to go through so i can exp share through that.
Iron Island. I remember grinding a full team from 35 to 50 because I thought I was underleveled.
