May, Rosa, and Hilda are my darlings, but as far as protagonist power, probably Ethan/Gold. He is the only protagonist to canonically beat another, has racked up the most Gym Badges, and explored multiple regions. Granted, Kris and Lyra have done this also, but Gold did it twice. Kris and Lyra did it once, each.
