Well balanced team without being pure OU bullshittery. Good variety in taste as well. 9/10.
This is my team from my first run of LeafGreen, and probably my favorite in-game team I've ever made. I might go make some more cards now with some other teams I've had.

From my current Emerald playthrough, grinding a little before fighting Tate and Liza since I'm a little underleveled. I sort of want to use Gyarados, but I don't know who I want to replace.I also really want to use Golem or Machamp, but I'm playing on cartridge.
Where the hell do I grind in this game anyway?

For my next card, my top 6 favorite Pokémon of all time.
In my own defence, Lucario's spot was occupied full-time by a Bibarrel until Sunnyshore City, and this is legit my first time using Lucario for lack of a better option.

Unfortunately, a stable supply of wild Pokemon in the Lv. 30-ish bracket are mostly in Dive areas around Sootopolis, which you're going to need the Mossdeep badge to do. Victory Road is the only good place for EXP grind unless you're looking for specific EVs instead. Third best area (probably the only option available to you) is the grass outside Lilycove but it's at Lv. 25-ish, so the going will be slow.
I don't have a trainer card but I'll post my PC teams, just posited them in another thread
