Shitposting aside, I actually would like to see more non-evolving mons. Standalone mons always seem to have more personality than those that evolve. And it'd be interesting to see what they'd do to fight the powercreep without using evolutions as an asspull.

Another, better solution: give evolving Pokemin the same amount of personality as unevolving ones and fewer unevolving Pokemon, considering evolution is exciting and one of the major features of the games.
