Does anybody like this? Does anybody bother to make their Pokemon lose half their health just to unlock a form while playing the Pokemon games? Is this method of form unlocking even remotely usable against a human opponent?

Anyone else think 10% is gonna be amazing? It can have aura break so it won't be instantly ubers because it can't transform. But still, it gets Dragon Dance, Outrage, Extreemespeed, and Thousand Arrows, so it can hit flying types. It looks fast as fuck, so put this thing with a life orb and it could be awesome.
