How to progress in PTCGO, tl;dr edition:

>Enter Theme format tournaments whenever possible

>Instead, trade them for the cards you actually want for a deck you want to build, most cards go for like 1-3 packs each.

I think all the packs that you get with tokens are trade-locked. Tournament packs daily prize wheel packs, and 3-star challenge packs are all tradeable I think.
