I like that they're like a gang with no clear ambition that harasses people.
Shoul have generals and due to their battle goals they should be more skilled at battling than the usual teams.
I see their activities must be stopped due to their attack on the legendaries and they don't really understand the dangerous of their actions which must be shown through defeating them.

The three right-hand men and woman are Dr. Taiga (Ice), Everett Evergreen (Flying), and Sandy (Ground). The team leader is Dee Foresterwho uses pokemon that are resistant to the kinds of pokemon you would use against Grass types. Her signature pokemon is a Fire/Poison type.

To destroy the evils of capitalistic society and return to nature in a socialist utopia.It's all bullshit though. Dee wants to use the Legendary pokemon to destroy her competitors so that her extremely overpriced shops and pokemon care centers (It costs 10$ to heal each individual pokemon, +5$ if they are under a status effect or KO'd) are the only ones around
