In terms of design, articuno,
zapdos and moltres (other than the flames) are lacking in detail

Zapdos is literally just "make everything spikey"
Moltres, is just "put flames on it"

I'd agree that articuno is the best designed, but zapdos is pretty unique. I prefer it over a sparkling yellow eagle or something.
