Replaying Pokemon Blue since everyone has been getting back into Pokemon again.

One question though; Were there any pokemon that I should definitely forgo evolving asap? Speaking with regards to movesets or general stats, not physical appearances.

Most pokemon have shit level up moves anyway, all the good moves come from TMs.

Check Serebii/Bulba for Gen I movesets before evolving. In particular stone-triggered evos learn almost no moves.
