Couldn't come up with a good one for Chicago (4th one). Skarmory was the best thing I came up with. I either wanted something that looked like 1. a skyscraper or construction tool or 2. "windy" pokemon (tornadus was a second choice, but we really don't get many tornadoes, just a lot of wind).
