I want to do a replay of pic related but I dont want to lose my current pokemon (some of them are bred/EV trained) can I use Pokebank to store them? Do pokemon stay in there indefinitely?

Nah you can go past 365 as far as i'm aware. it'll let you renew around day 30 or less
