Those people only assume this because they're salty that the type whos main color was pink was composed of mostly cutemons and not enough edgy/threatening-looking stuff.
Although its puzzling that people complain that the Happiny line aren't fairies when they're literally just pink blobs. I though people wanted mythological creatures as fairies?
