So are the altars for Tapu Koko and friends, or do they also include Solgaleo and Lunala? And where on the map do you think this fire altar is at?

Pretty sure this is on the second island. Second island is definitely going to have the fire guardian.
Melemele - Electric - Whimsical guardian (Mixed island)
Ulaula - Fire - Benevolent guardian (Volcano) (Modern and relaxed island)
Polu - Water or Ice - Aloof guardian (Mini archipelago or the Mauna Kea equivalent) (Weird island)
Omaomao - Grass - Hostile guardian (Giant tree near the Solgaleo and Lunala shrine) (The only sign of civilization is the dock because the Grass/Fairy guardian demolishes any settlements on the island itself)
