Never thought my two favorites would be the pikaclone and the pokemon that wishes it was a pikaclone.
I'll just post the pokemon I plan on using so far. Pikaboo is fantastic.
I'm pretty much indifferent to the rest of them, the only ones I actively hate are Bruxish and whatever the fuck that pink bear-thing is supposed to be.
Pikaboo is a possible favorite, but I'm not sure, yet.
Is it just me, or did everybody's feelings start to turn around on Bruxish
so far im liking this gen's mon. besides bruxfuk, they all look pretty good, kek kek

Don't mind Tapu Koko, Solga is meh, Lunaala I actually like a lot, Charja is a cute bug-bus-battery.
New ghosty is fine (don't like that it's basically a dishevelled plush with eye-slits, hope we get to see more of it in the model and hope it becomes distinctly it's own thing in an evo).
Popplio still looks like a fakemon whipped up in an hour, Snoop Dragon's anatomy of snake-necked, fat wyvern lizard body+poofy fur/feathers doesn't work for me, Bruxish was designed by Sugimori's infant grandson for all I care, Magearna is the uggliest overdesigned pokemon no doubt.
And for pink bear... colour scheme doesn't work, ear/hairband is extraneous and clashes, and from the front the mon looks like one of those costumed suits you see at Disneyland because there's zero transition in the fur from head to body, it's like a removable head.

Salandit must be a gecko more than a salamander. It wiggles it's tail when it attacks, like most larger gecko species. It's poisonous, like Tokay geckos were rumored to be, and it's colors are that of a black pearl leopard gecko.
Best Pokemon Yet, I shall have a team of 1 Popplio, and 5 Salandit.
