I picked mystic because my fav pokémon game in gen 1 was blue and I always picked the blue-ish games in the following generations
Alot of people (normies) pick blue/red because it is muh favowit colah! By picking Instinct you will progress more/faster since you have to do more gym battles and are making the whole game more balanced for everyone.
