What if Gamefreak decided to fight hacking/injecting by making it so any older Gen Pokemon transferred to Gen 7 onwards had their IV's and nature randomized?

It wouldn't matter. 3DS has been hacked ages ago. I'll give it a week before PkHex is updated with Sun/Moon compatibility.

How would this fight against hacking though?

Sounds like it would make people who actually spent time to breed pissed while hackers would just inject straight into SunMoon.
