So its been years since Ive upgraded my phone. Never saw a need since it worked fine till recent. so Im looking to upgrade to the htc desire 626s. is anyone using that one to play pokemon go?

I hope you're joking. 3/4 of the phones on the market can run go without any lag, probably better than an iPhone, and for way less than one. It' going to be a pain in the ass if he wants to do OTHER things than go later, and if it's JUST for go there is no need to buy something so expensive.. It just have the advantage of being unique so you don't have to know how what you are buying is working.But that's it. it costs quite a lot for pure laziness.

I'm upgrading to the 626s as well.
Only thing I know is that you won't be able to use the AR feature because the 626s has no gyroscope.

ya i dug around to find as much as i could. the 626 made in like feb of last year had the gyroscope. but the 626s made a few months later had it removed.
