Alright bros, so i wanna get back to competitive battling and i wanna know what has changed since B/W. I remember there were a lot of weather teams and Keldeos during B/W era.

Stalls for days. If you don't have a well rounded team and some luck, you get bodied.

The meta is now much, much less reliant on weather. I'd say only about a tenth of high-ladder teams have weather as a main focus.
I really only play Users and OU. I can say that Users is currently Hyper and Bulky Offense oriented (stall is mediocre and nonexistant), and OU is pretty stall-oriented at the moment.
VGC is even shorter than it used to be. Overcentralized as fuck. There's even a term, CHALK, that describes the main team that people use. VGC is basically what shitters on this board want you to believe Smogon is like.
