I'm starting to think they got their server hardware from ~~Treyarch~~

They ARE fixing them, give them a little bit of time to get everything together. You need to remember there are millions of people playing it and that puts a lot of stress on the servers, not to mention there are also a lot of people playing through use of an APK which also adds stress to the servers, it's going to take a bit for them to fix them.
