I could get the hat/hair, but I always found the wetsuit(I assume) under the clothing to be quite brilliant, what with the time spent in the various watery areas. Granted, they never showed him changing clothes, but still, it was a nice touch.

I don't know if you're joking or not, but that's not Pikipek. That's Pidove, the Tiny Pigeon Pokémon, from Pokémon Black and White (as well as their sequels). It is the native Normal/Flying bird line of Unova, similar to Pidgey in Kanto. Pikipek, the Woodpecker Pokémon, will debut in Pokémon Sun and Moon. It is the native Normal/Flying bird line of Alola.
