You need to beat the E4 with different teams of each type, like with the BW2 medals.

You have to go to the white rock on mossdeep and click on it 1000 times. But it only works once a day. Once you've done that the rocket will launch and it will stop above sootopolis and fold open to reveal the battle frontier. and then you can only reach there by soaring there on Mega Lati@s.

I forgot to mention you have to race and beat the other Lati@s before you can actually enter the frontier.
