Bottom right circle lets you list them in different ways, CP is probably the best way

It means I favorited them, and a lot of people get high level Pokémon from eggs or they just get lucky. But it's also from finding the same Pokémon in your area over and over again. If you see people with high level Eeveelutions for example, they most likely find heaps of Eevees and have heaps of Eevee candies.

There's quite a few. Heaps of stops in the cemetary, you can get 100 pokebals in 30 mins if you do a couple of laps.
I've found magikarp and couple of dratini in the creek reserve, but I'm only half this guys level

Those two days of outages from PTC fucked me over. Level 10 and everybody is starting to reach for 1000s.
What is the best way to level? I'm only level 9 after 3 days.
Best way I can think of is to just evolve pidgys.
