The Zygarde forms were first shown in September of last year, and they were recently added to the official site. The Rising Sun and Full Moon Formes are taken by Sungaleo and Lunala when they use their full power. Again, they are on the official site. The blue Zygarde Core and 10% Forme are from the anime.

Johto didn't have any fossils, so we can't be certain
Of course, Johto was treated as an extension of Kanto rather than its own region, and Alola probably will have fossils, but still
Or, if you're trying to figure out what's missing from the Alola dex, look for what's still missing a counterpart in the Hoenn dex. Obviously if it isn't a pattern or trend that's carried over in other generations, chances are it's less likely to happen.

They are, but I was trying to put together ideas for "new" Pokemon instead of "everything that can be caught in Alola."
There's hippos in Kalos after all, so it'd be hard to theorize what past mons they will or won't include in Alola until we see them.
