Wile E is useless imo, he doesn't really do much except set up, and you can never really monopolize on all of his tools. You also have two fast but frail mons so I'd suggest replacing maybe Speedy with Porky, you could use the bulk. Too bad Bugs got banned, otherwise he'd make a good addition.
