VS codes are basically passwords. Set the preferences to Anyone > Use Vs Code > vgptg

From what I remember, there was data for Darkrai, Scizor, and Empoleon. Darkrai had two moves, and Scizor had a burst attack which suggested they were full characters, and since supports come in pairs, it doesn't make sense for Empoleon to be a support.
