I would include articuno, but rules is rules.I think certain legendaries like the bird trio are fair game, seeing as how a trainer has one of them in the anime and all, and it's alluded to that ,unlike mewtwo/arceus etc, there are more than one of them

I'll have the potential to become the greatest criminal the world has ever known, but honestly the only goal I'd work towards would be getting a wish from Jirachi. I mean, you could wish for ANYTHING.
I have a tech-disabler/controller, a hypnotist, an illusionist, a supercomputer, a high powered getaway vehicle/emergency combatant and a Ditto that can fill all sorts of oddjob roles.
I suppose if Jirachi isn't a thing in this hypothetical scenario, I could just do some good.
If it turned out I didn't need the Ditto, I'd have a Persian because I love cats + Pay day everyday.
