Heracross lvl 22
Lapras lvl 21
Togepi lvl 16
Probably gonna box Togepi once it evolves. I need one good flier, and I was thinking about a Kadabra but will it lag behind once the rest of my team is fully evolved?
Kadabra is a fine Pokemon even before evolving, especially prior to gen iv.

Or Cut and Toxic, I don't know about OP but when I play older games I tend to put all HMs on my teams since most pokemon will be using 2 or 3 moves at most so you'll have atleast one room for a HM on every pokemon
