Most gen 2 mons were pretty underwhelming, though I guess its good some of them got evolutions in gen 4, especially my boy Gligarwhich admittedly wasn't too terrible compared to others.

Also, Qwilfish isn't forgettable either considering he is one of the best leads in the game, with Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Aqua Jet, and Explosion. Throw a sash on and you're good to go.
