It's not impossible that it'll be Fire/Poison. It'd hardly be the first time a starter has shared a typing with another Pokemon from the same region. I mean, I never really bought the theories that it'd be Fire/Poison anyway, but the reveal of Salandit doesn't change the chances a bit either way.
