What's going on /vp/? I just get this screen and can't

What's going on /vp/? I just get this screen and can't do anything from it. I tap a pokemon and nothing happens, and anywhere else just flashes a circle and nothing else. I've re-started dozens of times, and even re-installed multiple times, but still get nothing. What do I do?

OK, the GPS said it was on but I guess turning on and then off the gps worked? Thanks. Apparently I'm dumb.
