you know what I don't like about this thing? It's just a fucking starfish. That's it. They drew a real life starfish and made it cartoony. Seriously, it looks like someone took my mom's starfish and put it in the game.

Newer pokemon actually had personalities to them. They had quirks that separated them from actual animals. This thing? It's. Just. A. STARFISH

I've been obsessed with this pokemon since watching the misty vs ash episode when I was a child.
There's something very captivating about it. Misty's Starmie was so weak though.
