I thought it was a Japanese event (technically, this event was a Japanese event even though it was in France - they had the Japanese team there talking in Japanese, obviously translated to French) but I wasn't frequenting /vp/ at the time so I wasn't really following Honedge's reveal. [spoilers]I was frequenting /b/ and /m/.[/spoilers] All I know is that it got announced at some event similar to this one.
